How can one token be so immune to FUD? Is there any credible FUD that would persuade the intelligent investor to sell & to not hold on for just a little longer?

Is OmiseGO the token that /biz/ doesn't deserve?

>> No.8808133

inb4 jaded miglet FUD

>there is no way for OmiseGO to control the fee structure. Fees are not controlled by any algorithm, or central party’s decision, but are instead 100% dynamically determined by supply and demand within the network.

bad FUD too. it's getting better but the gist has been:

>$1 per year per coin when staking!
and
>Vitalik is a fraud and Omise is an oligarchy rigging the staking fee structure

i hear pajeets get a nickel per FUD thread

Either you're just fudding or you have no clue what you're talking about.
There's a crystal clear roadmap and biweekly public discussions from the developers on plasma.
They are not at all behind on their schedule (which is public info)
How can you make it sound like they are losing competition to anything?
>Omg has a lot of developers and where is this shit?
We are all completely informed on the progress and schedule of this whole project. It's a public GitHub repo. They are ahead of schedule with the plasma mvp.

It's not FUD proof its just that you bagholders are retarded and can't comprehend that it's a shitcoin

Another thing I'd like to add is that this fudder has continually been posting threads about this fake news on "1 dollar a year". Which is completely made up and even if it were true, it would be damn good news.
It's very clearly the work of one and the same person. He makes the same threads over and over and uses the same memes.

I'm heavy into OMG so I have obviously done some research.

How will the logistics of pools work because without them, the average holder is holding onto something worthless?
What is going to be processed on the tendermint staking chain? Like are they going to put Omise processing there first and then transfer it to the Plasma chain when it comes out? How will people choose between the chains?
I'm worried about pools the most because of a possibility of an exploit that will result in your tokens being taken.

>> No.8809870

Can someone elaborate on the coming fork?

>> No.8810204

>>8809540
I assume pools would simply work using smart contracts. So theft would not be a possiblity.

I have no idea what would be processed on the tendermint staking chain. I haven't informed myself on that yet.

I doubt Omise will be using the tendermint staking chain at first. I assume they will always be using Plasma from the start. It's just that staking won't be possible out of the box.

>>8809870
It's a so called "spoon", which means your tokens work on both networks. You simply choose the chain you want. There would be two competing technologies, though they claim to intend on working collaboratively.
They said they would announce it at least 2 weeks in advance so you have the time to take your money off of the exchanges and into your own wallet before the spoon.

>The fee price is a matter of blockchain governance
>Omise and their friends and their allied early investors control nearly a majority of coins
