Anyone here invest in developing markets?

Now that Iraq's war with ISIS is ending, the government is investing heavily in electricity infrastructure. Might be a good buy?

I heard one time someone mention that investing in the Iraqi dinar today is either like investing in Bitcoin in 2010, or the dumbest decision ever.

I don't think anyone expects the Dinar to moon, but it's coming from a really really low baseline right now.

Have to have balls of steel of course, but a lot of companies are getting into Iraq now, especially Japanese technology companies. Itochu just bought over Shell's Basra oil field operations.
