I think my avg credit history is 3.5 years or something on 5 cards. I keep up with the non-hit credit line increases. Just slow and steady improving the score. Thought about taking a car loan when I bought my last whip just to build credit but I decided against it because it woulda cost me more money than just paying cold hard cash

Got arrested with a few felonies when I was 21 and it fucked my financial situation up hard, credit dropped into the 5's. I should be back in the 7's by next year though.

In general, no. For a start, a lot of benefits are retarded.
Some countries have childcare discount being inversely propotrional to the number of hours you work. So, the more you work, the more you pay. In UK, you can just save a bit on tax.

My credit score is probably still trashed from a failed business but I have multiple houses and a successful business now. I stopped looking at my credit score when it went from 800->500, I also realized how it didnt matter much as it hasnt impacted me in any way.

Lmao 800 is not impressive. Really, credit scores are either "good enough" or shit. If you have above a 740 you will get qualified for anything you can afford at the lowest rate. And if you don't miss payments you will have above a 740. So the only thing a high credit score says is that you're not a broke ass idiot who can't even afford his bills.

I agree with you, if you are rich, you have 0 need for a good credit score. I know a lot of wealthy people who just don't pay bills out of principle, either because they feel like they got ripped off or because they got overcharged, and have shit scores. But they don't give two fucks since they have zero debt.

I'm just saying anyone who is not a poorfag who can't even pay his own bills will have like an 800 credit score after 7 years.
