Work at a petty & politically correct workplace

Workplace is full of old losers who act like it's a popularity contest. They're basically stuck as middle aged high schoolers (majority are 33+ & ugly). They also act politically correct but become politically uncorrect behind each others backs like its no big deal. Yet do it to their face and they'll probably tell HR. Some of them also love to disprect me. One short ugly lady has been a bitch to me even when my boss was standing there. Boss did nothing but if it was me who did it she'd probably reprimand me. To make it worse my boss (who is basically a supervisor & secetary) and another secetary seem to enjoy talking to me every time I step foot into their area. They want to know about me but am sure one would report me to HR. Or tries to lure me into a fucking trap (reportable stuff). They can piss off, they only want to feel good about themselves.

How do I distance myself so they'll leave me alone. Especially I'm usually trapped for 20 to 40 minutes because my supervisor won't shut up. Worst part is I ended up disrespecting my own mom in front of these 2 fucking hags by saying something she said in a negative tone.

Funny how they think its impossible to meet a pretty girl with a good personality who will be a stay at home mom (probably their insecurities). If I told them I wouldn't marry a non virgin they'd be btfo like the roasties they seem to be.

Biz what do I do when my personality comes off as friendly yet if I let my real self out I'd likely get reported and fired?

I've come up with "I'm not going to discuss this stuff" but when I imagine myself saying it it comes of as "I'm not gonna discuss that" in a friendly smiley tone, wtf!?

Not sure what u mean. I cut out some stuff. I got yelled at by a coworker before for avoiding me. He got a slap on the wrist. Since then I've been told to attempt to get along better with him to the point where it sounds like she wants me being friendlier than average with him. Rule 2. Grow a pair, when your work is done just tell your super visor you have to get home to do X. (X= cooking, working out, etc.). If he wants to talk further ask him to walk by the next day your in office.

That's what the environment is in the office dweeb. Modern workplaces are toxic as fuck and it rewards scheming and backstabbing behaviors. The only way to make it as a man in today's generation is either work in trades or physically demanding labor jobs. That's what happens when a bunch of people have nothing to do for most of the day, they become catty bitches, make gossip and form cliques like in high school. In case you haven't noticed it yet, office and corporate life is boring as fuck and you have too much downtimes, making people sedentary and bored out of their minds. I worked in an office before and it sucked the living soul out of me. I became depressed, easily agitated and stressed out because I had to constantly watch what I say or do just to get by. Now I'm burned out, jobless, don't have any friends any more but I did transfer and study an agricultural job in the hopes of going into skilled labor and trades and change career paths.

I don't know how you do it for every single day but if you did then congrats. I guess not everyone is cut out for that kind of environment. It's mentally and emotionally taxing.

question for fellow office cunts, I'm starting a company with a guy and have to pick a title, he's fronting most of the risk and I'm along for the ride (he's an older guy, nearing middle age, I'm still in my 20s). I guess the best way to classify it is I'm his only employee and he's starting a company. But anyway, I get to choose my own title, director level or below (I'm aware this leaves a gap for him to give me a boss), but the main question is, since I get to pick a title, what would you recommend I pick? Right now I just act like his admin and do shit he doesn't want to or cant do.
