lenders and cosigners use RCN the borrowers only deal in fiat. The RCN to fiat is done through the Oracle in the article I posted which converts RCN to the local currency. RCN token value is directly tied to how successful the service is. I see this being used a lot by the younger crowd in emerging markets.
