Everytime before bull run some random got pumped. Usually there are several candidates. It's not very organized, but enough volumes may convince some random whale to join during bullrun.
At the same time new outlets starts to "explain" jump by confabulating some stories based on random rumors.
Pump will last some time even after bullrun is over. Later violent drop. There will be hope that it is just correction, but in reality the price will never recover.
It happens everytime. Next time befor new bullrun watch out for random coin with high trading volume all of sudden
