I remember some of you are being really pumped over Tenx, Centra and the idea to use crypto with a debit card. But as Centra got fucked now, I think about their competitors.

Because if Tenx did not had a whitelist-procedure to rule out any americans participating in their ICO, they are basically in the exact same situation.

Did they had a KYC-process during the ICO? Because handwaiving "Americans were not allowed to participate" in the whitepaper wont do shit, when the SEC looks into the case.
