one thing i have noticed is to stop trying to think markets or btc prices rise in a day or two, its FUCKING SLOW MOTION think 1 month long slow uptrend. So if you buy now, wait 1 month until your up 1.5-2x and sell, then wait til its retraces.

It's not that hard. Either do the opposite of what your emotions tell you or just read the fud/fomo here. For example it's quiet now so you can in fact buy, when the "new paradigm" posts start to appear time to sell. A week ago doom posts about btc going to 4k, 2k, 1k, 10$ - that was time to buy. Etc

I've been successfully daytrading altcoins in the past and you never know when it's gonna get pumped or dumped. your retard friendly indicators can show overbought or oversold or whatever the fuck you want it to show and you still gonna get fucked big time if market decides it's time to pump or time to dump.
