it means less sell pressure from miners, as nearly all miners market sell eth to btc or fiat instantly

there's mined like 3k ethers everyday, so its a welcome change

also a hardcap will finally shut the bitcorn maximalists up with the "infintie suppleh xDDDDDDD" meme
