Honestly, as someone who has held through most "releases" I can tell you right now that any pumps you are experiencing will go away once the stuff actually releases. And probably prior. You may sell and see the price go up a bit, but I am willing to bet that it will very much dip. So, if its a project you like long term, sell it before the dump happens. Wait a few days then buy back in at a lower sats/gwei amount.
