From what I understand, REQ is more practical and more immediately useable as its basically triple ledger accounting and an alternative to paypal which is fully functioning and working right now. LINK still needs to finish the mainnet and after that needs to have partnerships with companies that will use them.

I've done my research. I'm simply asking for more information. Their bitcoin integration goal is delayed because they're waiting for an oracle service to deliver.
