Business idea:
I live near Detroit. While some areas are actually up and coming, many, especially the outer regions, are a sort of wasteland devoid of essentially all key aspects of human civilization.

My plan:
Target demographic: Wealthy Japanese and Chinese tourists.
Purchase a vehicle similar to pic related. Bullet proof it. Create a website and sell all-expenses-paid tickets to my tours, dubbed: Negro Safari. Includes travel, hotel, etc.

The basic idea is that we'd travel around Detroit at all hours of the night. Wealthy Japanese businessmen would get to observe the negro in his natural habitat, but without the risk normally associated with such a thing.

Biggest problems you will need to overcome:

I have been to some countries and spoken to locals and they have told me about bad areas and I want to go there to see what it's like but they won't take me and tell me not to go cos too dangerous.
