Been in crypto on and off since 2011. Beginning of 2014 I sold and got distracted working full time + at a tiny startup that eventually failed. A lot of people held through those times I guess talked amongst themselves on bitcointalk and reddit. There was not a lot of people into it even though a little media attention but after the crash started everyone like left all corners of the cryptosphere.

I was depressed all through 2014 and even 2015 because I saw my portfolio go from 107k to 11k
I was lucky tho I pulled out all my bitcoin from mtgox weeks before it's collapse
I only did this because I couldn't handle the stress anymore. I was planning to sell the top but the writing was also on the wall regarding mtgox.
Didn't feel like another depression so dumped it all at 10k.
could've been a millionaire if I dumped at 20k.
but here's the thing. trading means making bad decisions all the time and you can't dwell on them. you have to forget the past and only look towards the future.
