Hello /biz/

So im looking for any advice or any anons who are in the same situation as me. I bought into REQ and LINK just before the last bullrun. at one point my portfolio hit 22k. Its now back down to 5k. my initial investment was around 3k

>am i an idiot for not selling at the peak?
>should i still hold these coins?
