Its an exchange thats been around longer than binance yet basically does not work. Also, the only volume on the exchange are the coss tokens themselves. Even though its been around for 2 years its "plans" all this extra stuff - fiat, merchant accounts, etc. And there are actually a few fools that are buying in thinking the same company that couldn't make a half decent exchange are going to revolutionize the game.
