I know a fake Instagram accounts from real ones, the owner was posting material related to what I sell so I asked for a price or even if they wanted me to send them one for free.

All they had to do was post the item afterwards and link my username.

It would've gotten 500+ likes like their other photos.

It's a long story but like 40-60% of the time the device is blacklisted, OR it's in brand new condition and works perfectly without any problems and the person got a great deal. Apparently companies know when they're getting gamed.

I'm considering selling blacklisted devices but just tossing on some linux distro(debian for example seems to be proven working) onto them so it can still be used normally, plus it might be kinda cool for a "le hobby toy" kind of thing. Would that work?

I'd then be able to sell it on memebay or something to increase sales flow too, and since it'd be a rather unique item be able to corner the market. But the question is, would that be allowed to sell? Since it's fully functioning and all but just doesn't run the same firmware provided by manufacturer.

People use Instagram while on the bus/dinner/etc. They're bored enough they'll actually click your profile to see your catalog.

The thing is that it doesn't matter to me because I pay close to $0 for the products. If i charge them for shipping it is pretty much risk-free for me even if they scam me once in a while.

I'll take it as a cost of doing business, so to speak. Just to be able to move the goods faster. Any price I sell at is making good profit when Im not paying anything for them.

First, it shows you're old and understand eBay more than others, then you can use it to your advantage when fighting a case "I've been with you guiz for 20 years".

All you have to do is call in and tell them you want to change your date of birth, then you manually change the address/name/etc. It's yours to keep.

There are many ways to make cash through IG, such as shout outs for other similar niche accounts and companies pay a a ton to get there prand on such pages. he can drive so much traffic to pretty much anything. Building a user base of fans and providing value to them builds trust for your brand and if you do things right will lead to sales. It helps to know that IG has a strong user base of 18-30yo who are interested in fashion, food, traveling and other similar things like that.
