How do I get out of a lease in Colorado that I have signed and paid deposit/first months rent for?
Details;
>lease stipulated no marijuana products on property
>cannot break lease for any reason
>other tenants smoking dank weed anyway
>dont wanna live around dirty stoners

or just tell them straight up you dont wanna live with dirty stoners and can sue them legally for holding you in a lease agreement that they themselves are hypocritical towards

Unless something has changed in the last year Colorado is notoriously bad to landlords. You can probably get away with anything. Don't go by what I just said without talking to some more people though.
