How does one get fired from a manual labor factory job?

>> No.841751

>>841738
By burning down the factory.

>> No.841752

There was a guy who came to work and had a 24 pack of beer in his duffel bag that he kept beside the machine he was operating. He was about 8 in before anyone said anything.

>> No.841769

By not coming to said factory.

>> No.841771

Do nothing.
Just show up and hang out.
Someone will go whine to a manager because that's what people at those places do. If you'd rather get fired for more legitimate reasons just work very very slow. Once again some co-worker will rat you out and you'll get called aside or just called out.

You know who a "Wally" is? You ever read Dilbert comics? You just show up every day and do NOTHING. You're already looking to get fired, so it doesn't matter if you do. If you don't, you're even better, because it means that management is too lax/busy to take the time to fire you. Sometimes you can milk a situation like that for years.

>> No.841806

Do you actively want to get fired? Or are you looking at getting someone else fired?

If you want to get fired, look into what disqualifies you for unemployment and avoid doing those thing.

By getting injured on the job. Better file a workman's comp fast, because they're not going to keep you around to get hurt again.

>> No.841813

>>841809
You can file a workman's comp case after you're fired.

Being unsafe in front of management. When corporate is there. Idk one of our crane operators is two fingers deep in damages to others. As in he has taken two fingers of two different guys.lol
