I haven't checked for weeks now, pumped in new money to buy the dip and I'm pretty sure that money has lost 30-40% of its value already.
I chose to numb myself and to only check when my main holds have acceptable prices again, I couldn't stand seeing a major loss again and would immediately do some even dumber emotional trades
