There was no minimum, so someone set up a bot to continuously snipe incoming bids with 0 ETH bids. They didn't gain anything themselves and they had to pay for gas for the transactions, but they basically locked the game since no legit bids could get through.

Anyways, the new one forces a minimum bid of at least 0.1% of the pot, so someone will always be earning. But I'm in it for the divs, they can't go down, it's a win-win situation.
