Hey /biz/,

I have three ounces of South African gold that were left to me by my deceased grandparents- I'm seriously considering selling one of the krugerands and using it to buy a little more link, which would put me up to 5000.
Is this a bad idea? I figured if it actually worked I could use the other two to fund me travelling and living in a country without any crypto tax laws so I could cash it out. I'm a dual citizen (not USA) with an EU passport so surely I could live in Portugal for the minimum amount of time to be considered a tax citizen there.

Am I stupid for considering this?
