They belittle her, she's worked there for a while and knows the place inside-out, even working there longer than the manageress, yet the owner and the manageress both single out my partner, causing her to make an excuse to leave to the rest-room just to cry, break-down or message me. I feel powerless as she's never had a back-bone or given a reason to recieve this treatment, especially at a place of work.

I just want some justice for her at least, and for those who dine in there and are treated with disrespect from management. It's not been established long, a few years but the way it's ran is disgusting.
