So I bought about 2k worth of Tai Chi Chain a few days ago, for the giveaway I accidentally tweeted them my private key, I instantly deleted the tweet and made a new wallet and sent my funds there.

I put my new key in samsung notes on my phone untill I could put it somewhere better. I click off samsung notes and the app closes, I open up notes and it's not there!

How do I recover this, The value of whats on it has 10xed now, I have 8Million XTCC on it. Are there hackers I can hire or something to get it back??

When you write onto your note application it loads those characters into memory. If you do not save note and you close the app it clears the RAM address space and that data is gone forever. You can't do forensic recovery on RAM.

The only chance you have is if your Web browser cached the page that initially displayed your private key, but default caching is disabled on every wallet address generator that I'm aware of for obvious security reasons. Not sure about your shitcoin in particular though.
