They're cashing out you dumb nig. BTCs rise has been solely due to people converting their alts back to bitcoin. This temporarily raises the value of bitcoin and increase demand while at the same time paint the picture of a rising bitcoin. People were hesitant to convert back to fiat because they thought it was a recovery but once it was clear no amount of pumping is gonna go beyond 11.5k, people are now cashing out and withdrawing money.
