Make your own judgement anon. Airswap is a DEX but no order book. For example you could send a query and say "I want link, who's selling". Then the system could come back with " all these people have link, and they're interested in ETH, BTC, QTUM, ICX, or whatever". Then you two can negotiate, and Airswap handles the creation of a smart contract for settlement.
