Finance Anon here again, everything I said a few weeks ago about the banks being deregulated moved forward today as I predicted.. The housing market will crash in 2021 my friends.. wait till it crashes to buy.. history is repeating itself.. Save money, and live within your means. Once it crashes, you'll have about 18 months to buy a home.

I don't know how to reply to this. They're repealing the laws put into place after the mortgage crisis, they have no plans to replace it with a better legislative act. Allowing banks to run the way they did will definitely lead to unethical business practices.

I live in the San Fransisco bay area. The house I live in went from 1.4M in 2013 to now worth 2.4M today (I am renting sadly). Do you think the real estate market will crash here too? I have 150K in liquid investments, just waiting for the right time to buy.
