So explain to me what's the downside of trading with 100x leverage on say $100 or something?

>apply for leverage
>buy any coin
>the exchange sells your position data to some whale
>he proceeds to dump until the coin is $0.01 under your liquidation price
>you get liquidated and get forced to sell all of your coins
>the whale rebuys his coins and gets yours for cheap

This always happens.

Never trade high margin unless YOU are the whale manipulating the price.

Really short margin, if you make the wrong move the liquidation is quick

>> No.8095296

So I'm not really seeing a downside to what OP is saying. Basically, I lose $100 and that's it? But I can bet that $100 a couple times and make 100x the profits?

Basically all I need to do is hit it big ONCE and that's it? Holy fuck lol. I'm gonna try it.

Don't do a portion of your stack on high leverage. Instead do your entire stack on low leverage. 100% of your stack on 10x is the same as 10% of your stack on 100x. Except with the former you'll have a much better liquidation price.
