from this video you can know everything you need to know about this. sketchy project, but seems like they will make it in terms of gains. just be aware that their declared functions (security, audit, law etc) are outsourced because polymath themselves wouldn't take risk of doing this

yea i know it's 20 minutes long, but you will have very clear vision of what they are doing and why they are worth to know about.
keep in mind that goldman sachs bought poloniex and now with their "circle" are about to make crypto exchange for big guys where _minimum_ order will be 250,000$ USD

possibly polymath is one of piece of puzzle of upcoming institutional investors hundreds of billions which are about to hit the market

>goldman sachs bought poloniex
Goldman Sachs owns about an eighth of Circle, which bought Poloniex.

still a lot of work has to be done, just keep watching
I don't think securities will go anywhere in next 3-6 months, although it's only my opinion and I could be completely wrong. I'm just evaluating this way because legal stuff usually takes quite long time to establish, and only when this legal framework will be completed projects can negotiate about actual prices and conditions, and only then start to implement stuff. anyway I have no idea of what happens behind the scenes, quite possible there are guys who are way ahead of schedule
