Poor and stupid? I don't have anything to gain from Nick being the real Satoshi, it just makes sense to me. From what I gather, Nick definitely isn't stupid. As for his net worth, I couldn't speak. Craig on the other hand seems like a beast at manipulating individuals and bullshitting them. He mined a shitload of bitcoin back in the day and was no doubt one of the pioneers behind it. Money probably wasn't enough though, and he wanted some more recognition and historicity. He probably fucked up in so doing, hence:
