I'm in the same boat as you, at first glance on all points. As much as I would like to think we'll make it I don't believe we will. Still, we don't have much of a choice other than to try, and prepare a plan B for afterwards. Also, if you have kids, don't kill yourself or make dumb decisions, you're important to them and you want them to have a not too messed up future.
