I make 80k a year, which is not enough to buy a house in southern california. I work for a petroleum refinery so Im kind of locked in this industry, not that I woulf want to go anywhere else. I feel as though in stuck in this level and not sure how to proceed. I have 110k in stocks and 50k in a money market account but its still not enough to break out.
