I don't think you need to worry about it being a scam, however they haven't been doing a great job with delivering on their promises so maybe consider getting out. With that said fiat pairing is coming soon (unless some kind of delay) so it should pump. However if it is still an unusable mess by the time of the fiat piaring, I think this will really crash down.
