We'll you can cut your losses and just resell it. that's probably the smartest route. You can try to use it to make money, but that would require time and probably additional money. I'm not too familiar with that truck, but you could use it to haul away junk from people's houses that they no longer want. If your truck is in great condition then sometimes people will pay you to drive them for a wedding/dance etc. Since your truck is old then it'll get a lot of attention you should put ads on the side of it, whether that be for your business or someone else's business.

This is far from my area of expertise, but you definitely need to play up the whole old timey truck thing. You yourself even need to dress a certain way when you're operating it. The whole shtick needs to be your brand, that's how you'll differentiate yourself from the others and stick out in people's minds, whether thats hauling hipster beer, renting it out for events or hauling away junk.
