Robinhood earns revenue by collecting interest on cash/securities and fees from their Robinhood Gold service

Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

I had a dream that I used technical analysis to predict that the market was definitely going to crash and then I made a ton of money shorting specific overvalued companies and sectors and perfectly timed the ES futures crash... It was all so clear to me how the markets worked and I was extremely confident in all the actions I took in the dream.

Then I woke up and remembered that I'm a brainlet who doesn't have the foggiest idea how most technical analysis formulae are calculated / plotted much less how to apply any of it to make a reasonable prediction on what the markets will actually do in the future.

It's an FN FNAR, a semi-auto .308. They don't make that "tactical" model that's in my picture anymore though, they now only sell a "competition" model with a different stock. I use it for deer / hog hunting out of a stand or blind mostly, it's a little heavy for a carry rifle.

Yeah, it's been reliable, I wouldn't recommend it though, for the price you could get a pretty nice AR-10 type rifle that's MUCH easier to tear down and will take somewhat standard magazines. The FNAR is a huge pain in the ass to tear down, takes proprietary magazines that only FN produces, and just isn't that common / popular of a rifle so parts will be much harder to come by in the future compared to any of the AR-10 platform rifles.

>>7819244
I built an AR-15 that I use for pig hunting. Most pig hunting I do is on foot walking fields and woods at night so a lighter gun is preferred. For deer hunting I still like the .308 -- the doe that I shot this year was quartering away from me and the .308 didn't even exit, I found it buried up under the skin on the other side of the deer, a .223/5.56 likely wouldn't have had the penetration that I needed for that shot. With pigs I shoot for the neck so penetration isn't much of an issue but with deer I go for chest / shoulder shots where adequate penetration is critical. If I want a lighter carry / woods gun for deer hunting then I normally use my lever action .45-70

I have never heard of someone using a 22 and I am nearly certain it would not work.

223/556 is pretty small, nearly same size at 22, but works due to velocity. Maybe a .40 would do it, if hot. I carry a 45LC revolver w/ a 7 1/2 inch barrel w/ 325 grain hot loads meant for bears, because I figure if a hog can survive a good shot from my AR 15 it is practically a bear. The 40 and 45 are obviously bigger bullets but are less powerful, generally. So not sure if there is anything smaller you could use.

.22 and .223/5.56 have the exact same diameter. Obviously .223 is pushing a heavier bullet faster though. The idea behind using .223 for hogs is sometimes immediate and multiple follow shots are required and since you aren't worried about ethically killing them just keep shooting until they stop moving.

>>7819749
Yes and no. You'll probably be using a much shorter barrel so it'd be lighter but you're probably putting a can on so it might end up heavier. If you're worried about humping a AR15 you been to lift more.

Scrap metal Sten variants were hobbled together in WWII if I recall correctly. The hardest things to make are the bolt and barrel -- parts that can be scavenged and modified from other guns, everything else could easily be made out of scrap metal.

when i was younger i used to be able to get on my dirtbike, ride to a friends and he and i would both ride our dirtbikes in the hills all day and sometimes other friends would show up aswell. when i turned about 15 years old they started cracking down on people riding dirtbikes. Then they wonder why everyone started doing drugs.

Sure everyone that does drugs didn't ride dirtbikes but the point is by making everything illegal even things that are harmless causes rebellion. To a 15 year old whats the difference between smoking weed and riding your dirt bike on the street? they are both illegal, I can see the difference but the teenager doesn't. It's easier for a kid to do drugs and get away with it then it is for them to go skateboard in a city that has banned skateboarding (and yes some have)

Lets just make everything illegal and we will all sit in our houses and do nothing all day thats what this country is coming too. If the kids had proper up bringing and understood when a firearm should and shouldn't be used maybe we would have less shootings. Instead we make everything illegal and sit them infront of a tv/computer and let them play video games all day stuffing their face with junk food because everything else is illegal

"need" is completely arbitrary and it's bad to have the government determine what you "need".
gun control is marginally effective, but you're basically giving the government your cock and balls and ability to have an opinion on anything.
Ever notice how cucked countries like the UK are? They can get arrested for making jokes on twitter. The police hide evidence of thousands of rapes along with politicians, and never prosecuted it.
That's a side effect of giving the government your dick in exchange for some temporary illusion of safety.

i'd rather have a few mass shootings than a stifling country where you can be arrested for tweeting, but rewarded for committing mass rape (or even murders in sweden).

He didn’t dodge your question. The type of round used in AR-15 is a derivative of plinking crap and is used by half of every other wooden rifle. It’s also arguably easier to modify wooden rifles because you can easily nail or screw them on instead of having to find railed or proprietary parts. And what modifications are available for AR’s that aren’t for other guns?

Rails make it easier but to my knowledge anyone can jury-rig a grip or pistol grip on any gun. A scope with some extra effort, but then again adapters are easily available and scopes are necessary for hunting certain animals. Extra capacity magazines are very useful for home defense because a lot of real-life engagements boil down to scaring the enemy and having the most bullet-spam. It’s not like a James Bond or Western at all. And you can stick a laser or flashlight on... literally anything.

What applies to AR’s applies to every gun. But of course, to those of us that like politics, we know that “smart” anti-gun activists know all of this and admit it behind closed doors. Because the real purpose of getting people to renege on the AR is really just rationale to extend that reasoning and ban all guns.

I’d also love to take away Liberals’, Jews’ and niggers’ human rights, guns and slaughter them wholesale too. Likewise, we know they want to do the same to conservative (and liberal) white men and women. However there’s a reason our society has collectively decided that we like having Laws. The best realistic choice is to educate Americans and the world on guns and defeat (((liberals))) on the marketplace of ideas. Both of which are easy because guns r kool and everyone hates being oppressed by the government.

Any idiot that thinks that the government’s going to slaughter their own citizens wholesale with drones and tanks is retarded too. A robot or tank can’t knock down your door, take your money and guns. It can’t throw you and your family into political imprisonment. It can’t go on TV and tell lies. The only thing war engines can do in a civil guerilla war is destroy the government’s public relations and popularity by turning crowds of civilians into mincemeat. Therefore the enemy to us in a civil war would be law enforcement personnel and military that aren’t spies or haven’t defected. And those people and the politicians they protect are vulnerable to IED’s, bioweapons, chemical weapons, car-bombs, being shot by a sniper from afar or cut up by a machine gun from behind a door.

thinking about using leverage to buy into Ethereum tracker ETF. should I?

my portfolio is worth around $36K and consists of only tech stocks over 11 different companies. around 1/3 of my portfolio is in Vanguard NA ETF. im able to loan around $10K through the broker to use as a leverage. the loan which has an interest rate of 1% over a year.

however, the whole NA ETF is a financed by a 0.2% year over year student loan, but the broker doesn't know that, so at least it will function as a collateral if Ethereum crashes

any takes on whether I should do this? the reason im even contemplating is that i have to make this as a written request. that being said, i dont give a shit about my portfolio as long as the leverage doesnt trigger stop loss, that is, im personally insensitive to any kind of volatility as i dont see any need actually need to liquidate any of my stocks anytime soon.

My main concern woukd be dilution

A Cucking Alpha article argued that AMRS has enough cash for a year

But

If the ER is good and AMRS stock price pops, I think there would be a high chance of new share offering so as to pay off the debts...

the way they got their cash was through convertable debt and convertable preferred shares, why would they need to do an offering if the debt is already dilution that is going to occur some time down the road anyway?

>The convertibles are at like 20 dollars a share
yeah the convertable preferred shares that will break down to however much common stock it'll be at time of conversion

Last i checked AMRS had a conversion floor of like .10 and an A/S count of 500,000,000.

It may get pops here and there but there is dilution in the filings, you can't hide what is written in there people are just too lazy to read em when they are so focused on hype

>No one is going to cash in their convertable shares and pay 20 dollars per a 5 dollar stock.
i don't think you understand how convertable preffered shares work, you should probably look into that more before i continue having this conversation with you.

>>7824634
there are no arguments to put to rest, there is dilution in their filings..... i'm not making it up look for yourself instead of having someone else do it for you, you'll see that there are plenty of convertable preferred shares and plenty convertable notes...

AMRS is a penny pump and dump loaded with shares coming through the back door waiting to be sold out the front, it's in the fucking filings. It will have some spikes.. I GET THAT.

But what you aren't getting is that THERE IS GOING TO BE DILUTION!! and you don't even understand how convertable preferred shares works so your argument is invalid until you learn how conv. preferred shares convert to common stock and at what rate
