According to all TA fags BTC above 11.5k is a huge buy signal to start a bull run, now that Chinese New Year is over are we looking to see a more steady and stable growth with a few volatile dips every few months or just plain madness the rest of the year?

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand TA. This science is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical mathematics most of the signals will go over a typical investors head. The main thing to keep in mind is that BTC is market manipulated. There is a uppward force on BTC when other coins go up in value. ETH is hard set to go no higher than 10% of BTC price. This is a heavily controlled market.
