First of all this isn't even 3% of my portfolio. Secondly it was the hardcap at the time. I decided it was a mistake to invest after the alpha videos, the raise to 9.9ETH so you didn't need to KYC like the cunning bastards they are.

no whitelist needed, it was an open crowdsale. Literally make a new wallet, send Ethereum from that wallet to the contract addres and you've got your tokens, no KYC needed. ANYONE could of participated, the sale was open to everyone and anyone. The 9.9 ETH was pointless because you could create 100s of wallets and send 9.9 ETH from there on out.
