Request is as well. And take a guess who's main net is going live around the same time coinbase releases it's merchant system . You guess it ...

Request is using chainlink oracles .. request will go live after chainlink releases simplified main net. Request main net will be used to power coinbase merchant system .

They are not a "Y-Combinator" company, they have received funding from them as Y-Combinator is a business incubator. Each company is still autonomous, nice try tho

It really doesn't matter, the Request Network is going to be decentralized, and you won't need to sign up / scan your passport / whatever to pay requests

Pay with Request will beat Coinbase because:

1. Using the request network is cheaper. Game over.
2. REQ is decentralized.
3. Request is not Coinbase. Have you dealt with their support?
3. The request network is extensible for things like invoicing, recurring payments / payroll, escrow, etc, and furthermore, developers can take a cut as incentive

Request is so much bigger than Coinbase adding a Pay with Coinbase button

They're funding people to develop Dapps that run on Request.

On top of that, you can write your Dapp to take a percentage of the transaction cost as your profit -- if you write an amazing Payroll Dapp that uses Request, you could end up taking 1% of some nerds paycheque, every cheque
