Last week I was putting my groceries in my truck at Wal-mart when I was approached by a 40 something skank. Here's my question.
If we give homeless beggars money can we get a deduction on our taxes? How the fuck is the IRS going to know I got a BJ for 7 bucks instead of $700? I have $40K in capital gains I need to offset.
