Sup /biz/ness-men, i got a work related question

I passed the opportunity to get rich from dogecoin swing traiding, so iam wagecucking like an idiot for the banking system, right now iam working 10 hours a week at "Bank Una" to finance my studies, im planning to go fulltime in summer in an internship in the same bank, i applied there, and plan on applying in other banks ... so my question is ... do HR departments "snitch" on their applicants? is there a database of all people working in the banking sector? will my bank be butthurt if try to switch?

HR is about childless women circling each other warily trying to knife each other right in the back - and the deeper the knife, the better. They cannot work with each other, much less co-operate with women elsewhere so I'd say "No"

HR isn't there to help you, they're there to fire you. When a manager wants to fire someone, they call HR and asks them what they need to do. Never ever tell HR anything compromising about yourself assume they are actively trying to fire you.
