I see that volume on all exchanges isn't that high lately (these past few days). What could this mean ? Is the rally artificial ?
Obviously there is uncertainty in the market, which leads to lower volume, but is low volume good enough of a reason to sell ? I'm only 15% down from my early January ATH right now and want to take some profit but I don't feel like selling just yet.

Any opinions ?

It doesn't really mean anything since volume can breakout at any point. A clear sell signal would be high volume but the price not doing anything.

I bought mid January, JUST before the crash. Still down 50%, so I have no choice but to hold. Thus no volume. It will be the same for everyone else who bought during this time.
