Congratulations, Marine.
Imo you should still know what you are holding, but I can at least tell you that you've bought a serious project without any real competition at the moment.

What if there is no real competition because it has no actual use?

what if there is no actual use because we are an AI smart contract who created our own parallel universum.

>> No.7705072

>>7705018
Im afraid if i read it I will realize its just a freaking proxy + json parser that smart contracts can use instead of using APIs directly. AKA not solving the oracle problem

And if I find out thats true I wont be able to hold.
So I'd rather just believe in /biz/ memes so I can shitpost with you and feel like Im part of something while being a lonely millionaire in a basement.

There's a use-case, it just depends on the size of the initial market that LINK goes after. If it tries to tackle all financial agreements that could be automated, obviously there will be a lot of competition. But if it goes after a smaller specific sub-market, like derivatives being traded between no more than two parties, that can be 100% automated with objective input data.

lol. If you're not baiting, just watch an interview by Sergey. The memes are mostly from people who are done accumulating and are just having fun, or people who don't give a shit and just enjoy trolling others.

>if it goes after a smaller specific sub-market
it could then establish itself as a valuable network, and grow it's network effect to establish a small monopoly in that specific market, eventually growing to expand into adjacent markets like insurance, trade finance etc., with the ideal goal of replacing the majority of conventional financial agreements, as a larger monopoly. That's how it can reach a $100bn+ marketcap

Not baiting. Gonna buy now, waiting for my ETH deposit

kek and welcome to the squad, lad. Seriously do some research though, as we will inevitably experience a lot of volatility and dumps. Cash out you're initial at some point, to the point where if it crashed back to $0.20 you'd buy in again. That's the level of confidence you want to have. If you don't have it, you might sell way too early
