Since we don't have a sticky, ask questions here that can hopefully be answered in a post or two so we can declutter the catalog. Try to ask decent questions that are more geared towards fundamentals rather than speculative trading.

Can someone explain to me in a non technical way why bitcoin isn't used for icos? From what I understand it's possible but harder for some reason?

What is after-market trading and why are people allowed to dump on you while you can't do anything about it?

Who experienced the golden era of runescape?

The time when there was no grand exchange was the best (and wildy still functioning)
Just going past falador/varrock and seeing every fucking pixel taken over by players spaming their fucking items to buy/sell.

The game was so alive

I never played it, but all of my brothers did at that time and they had coordinated armor trimming scams and other things that they would run. I used to watch them and laugh my ass off though. Runescape, EVE Online, and Kowloon Wall City are proof that anarcho-capitalism is the greatest economic model.

This, I Remeber the west Bank in varrock in the trade world. On the right side of that bank everyone would open out cry their trades. Between the west bank and that tent where the guy sold staffs. You could walk around and arbitrage like find a guy trying to buy a rune scim for 25k and on the other side someone selling a rune skim for 20k but their out of each other's screen view. So easy arbitrage. God the good old days. I played this shit from 2004 to around 2006

the real golden era was when they added trade restrictions and "junk" trading was introduced. the market was at its highest then
