So I just got moved into purchasing raw materials such as steel bars. This week I was told to buy a large amount of high grade steel (18,000 lbs) and I got quotes from 4 different companies. 3 local and 1 of out state. I was told that one local company was super aggressive and competitive. They even came in the morning and talked to me but did not bring me sports tickets like the usually do for the last guy. Anyways I basically told the guy whats up.... He was the cheapest out of the local companies but they guy in the next state will beat him by 22% delivered.

You're a dishonest businessman. I don't think it's illegal but you betrayed someone's trust. That is not a good thing. It wasn't a good thing for him, it doesn't look good on you and you don't like it. Why would you have posted about it if you didn't like it? It's a bad thing to do to yourself.
