Neon is a scam. The token has no purpose. Think about it: a token for a decentralized exchange (???). It's just a quick cashgrab, yes the team is good but it's still a cashgrab.
For reference: EtherDelta Token ico price was 0,00015, now it tanked -75% because people realized that the token is fucking useless.
The same will happen with neon.
