Why do retards keep unironically saying the crypto boom is over? It's far from over. There is so much blockchain tech that hasn't been released yet. This will literally revolutionize the way so many things are done in this world. Finance, medical records, voting, almost anything has the potential to be converted to the blockchain. We have barely seen the beginning of this. Think about where technology will be in 10 years, then think if you still believe the boom is over.

>b-but Katy Perry knows about it
>C-CNBC reports on it

Who gives a fuck? This shit is going to blow the fuck up over the next few years. Bitcoin was the first taste and the mainstream is just now starting to talk more about it. Soon, as you see actual uses go live, you'll always see the literal shit and scam coins diminish. The real use cases will rise above and become the standard.

is there anyway to peg the value of a crypto to a currency like the US greenback?

I don't see how most businesses or consumers would be comfortable using some currency that has a rapidly shifting value

Its not even about the currency as much anymore. The boom will come from all of the other uses.
