>99.99% of us will never be rich enough to buy Lambos, mansions, and colombian cocaine.

Those 99.99% of people are wage slaves who depended on jobs for their income so yes and will never achieve that level of wealth. They took the easy route and they deserve to live a mediocre existence.

so you want to be a nouveau rich I see.

I want to be rich so I can own thousands of acres of land and have my own little biosphere.

Those are all things that people buy despite not being able to afford.

That's not my intention, anyway.
For the past 4 generations, my relatives went from slaves/Native Americans to sharecroppers (enter a white guy) to lower class to middle class. I have aunts/uncles with six figure incomes, and one worth at least 7 digits. My goal is to break through the middle-class ceiling and carry the trend of progress for my generation.

Wealthy elites and opulence can come some later generation, perhaps my kids or something. My goal is to put a foot in the door so the next generation can go even further.

Not entirely true, if lambos were cheap enough that everyone could afford them then they'd be no more prestigious than a regular car, they don't cost drastically more to build than regular cars, other than the leather seats and whatnot.

Mansions aren't exclusively for the upper class, in Australia 90% of new homes being built are large enough to be classified as mansions and many of them are affordable to the working class.

Cocaine is only expensive because it's illegal, if it was legalised tomorrow and people started growing big fields of coca around the world then within a few years it would be no more expensive than any other pharmaceutical like aspirin.

Literally none of this is true.

>if lambos were cheap enough that everyone could afford them then they'd be no more prestigious than a regular car
That doesn't change the fact that we can't afford them.

Let's do this like real businessmen, and not lonely weeabos on a horrible forum.

Being specific, you said mansions and lambos, so I'll take two of each into consideration.

Now let's say you want both lambos and mansions bought throughout 10 years of spending.

There is no average price of a mansion on the internet, so I'll estimate around 2,000,000 dollars for a mansion. And as for the Lamborghini, lets say 200,000 dollars. A pure kilo of colombian cocaine is between 150 and 200 thou, so in total it's 2.6 million in those items throughout 10 years. That means you spend around 260 thousand on these expenses, and obviously they wouldn't be your only expenses, but let's say they're your dream purchases; you only waste 240k more a year on other random shit, like mantaining your mansions and cars. that's 500 grand a year, which put you in the 99.9th percentile.

The odds of confortably aqcuiring what you want puts you in the 0.1% of the worlds income.

Now considering you're probably in the U.S.A. you're chances of making that amount of money is raised significantly, about 4.5% of taxpayers make that amount or more.

You're ability to have those things are about 1 in 20. That's why.

If you do make it to the 1 in 20, you'll still probably kill yourself. The reason is yin and yang.

We've always searched for the white to conquer black. This will never happen. All of life is filled with an equal yin and yang, and even if you acquire those amounts of money, you're amount of happiness and problems won't change. It's the same thing in a different position, for your new life will bring its own set of problems, that caused equal stress. You won't get off the collercoaster that is life. For you won't know you're rich without all the average earners to compare yourself to. But that's the fun. You don't play chess with someone you know you'll beat.

All is relative, and be glad you can't always win. Success just is, after all, how high you jump from your last bottom.
