I know you guys might get a ton of these threads, but I would seriously suck your dicks if you help me.
Long story short:
>be me
>Live in a third world country
>Going to study Mechanical Engineering next semester
>Realise there's no future for this POS country

If you are lucky enough to land a job, you might be making between 10k usd to 13k usd A YEAR, as an STEM graduate. 15k usd a year is like the most you can make, granted you already have a ton of experience, otherwise you are pretty much, fucked.

So my question is, wtf do I do? What are some jobs that I can do online, it doesn't matter if they pay minimum wage, it'd be much more compared to salaries in my country. I'd be happy if I can make 6 to 7 usd/hr.

I need some sort of income for the next 4 years (until I finish my degree and hopefully and I can move abroad).

But if you are in a 3rd world country, living cost is cheaper too.
Why do you need to earn the money online, and not get out there and work in the real 3rd 3d world?

If you have a marketable skill you could try http://go.fiverr.com/
Haven't used it, but there's a lot of random shit on there.

There are menial tasks like filling out surveys or using paid url shorteners. Though these things can bring instant small amounts of money, they rarely ever pay off. You're better off developing a skill that can be marketed. Consider the time without pay as your investment cost.

This is the only good thing.

>Why do you need to earn the money online, and not get out there and work in the real 3rd 3d world?
Problem is, I would make much more money, doing stuff online (even if it sucks) and getting paid in dollars.
If I were to get a job right now, in this place, I would be making around 300-350 usd every month (working from 8am to 8pm, wouldn't even be able study) , granted, I'm lucky enough to get a job in the first place due to massive unemployment.

I wasn't thinking about getting a job, but more like creating your own. Like selling stuff, cutting grass, sweeping chimneys, lending bitcoin, making sandwiches/hot dogs, cleaning windshields at traffic lights, etc.

Personally I live in the 3rd world too and I got a huge student loan, plus scholarships and government aid, and finally got my degree. Now I owe a lot but I made it.. I don't know if your government offers help like that.

yeah, this is another option and I already have some business ideas. I just need funding.

Student loans aren't a thing in my country and government aid is crap. I could apply for some scholarships but only after I've already been studying for a year at least.

Assuming that you can't save up the money or get a regular loan, you could try getting a loan in bitcoin, from BTCjam or similar sites.

You can try mturk and elance. Mturk does really minimal stuff. Unfortunately, only US citizens can get money in their bank. The rest of the planet has to accept credits that are only good on Amazon.
However, you could use that to buy products on Amazon, or gift cards. It's not cash, but if you need beer money levels of cash, mturk would do.

Elance lets you do freelance work online. Write articles, edit them, all sorts of stuff. Voice recordings, translations, programming, you name it. Elance can pay out more money.

This is only a good deal if you never want a man to take you seriously. If you ascribe a monetary value to marriage, through the support and stability it provides, especially for your children, whose well-being improves in every facet, any objective assessor would tell you it's value lost.
