Venezuelan here. That shit its a scam. The whitepaper says the coin is pegged to the price of oil but then it says the initial offering of MILLIONS of coins at a descount of 60%
They are gonna drop some heavy bags later on. This is just the way they figure out to gain capital without doing virtually nothing.
So instead of selling a normal bond, they made this currency so they don't have to pay dividends.
