I work as a software engineer in an investment bank, studied engineering. Developer salaries will begin to go down unless you've got a niche skill.

I'm a laborer atm, my employers don't have many hours for me though so I would like to grab a second job because I'm not making enough and I'm currently a poor fag that has no money to invest into crypto. I'm going to spend this week trying to find a new job, is it better to hand my resume in person or just submit it online (is probably alot quicker and can get more done). Probably going for a job that isn't physically intensive, I'm in my early 20s. Any tips anons?
