I need advice on using bitcoins.
I want to invest in them but am aware of the dangers of hacking and fluctuations in value.
Help?

Just find someone who is willing to sign a contract with you where they lend you X amount of bitcoins for a small fee, and you give those bitcoins back to them within Y amount of time (make this window of time as long as you can). Then, sell those bitcoins for real money, immediately.

When the bitcoin market crashes, you can then rebuy what you owe, and give the bitcoins back to the sap that lent them too you.

Shorting 101.

And ... my opinion of what is the actual ponzi scheme of the bitcoin market. Nothing stays pure. All my opinion.

Cold storage, either paper wallet or usb drive with coins stored. Not connected to the internet, store them in your home in a safe location.

>Fluctuations in Value

BitCoin is a day traders dream, it's rare you'd see $100 dollar swings in hours in the rest of the financial world. Also, people need to lose money in order for others to gain so keep that in mind. BTC generally has an upward trend, so long term you should be OK but even as we speak BTC is in un-charted waters so who knows what the fuck is going to happen. I don't think it's the best long term investment.

You really think the globalists are going to let the bitcoin market thrive forever?

Shorting that market is akin to saying "world bankers probably don't want competition and are probably willing to crash a budding market that threatens them".

Seems like a more plausible bet than "world bankers will allow this to all happen, and devalue their assets."

Really?

How low do you guys think it will sink?
Below a hundred seems plausible to me, but what the fuck do I know lawl.

Coinbase OP. It's slow, but it's safe. Don't worry about fluctuations in value if you're in it for the long term, which you should be unless you're a successful day trader.

I advise go for it. Put 5 or 10 percent of your money into bitcoins, put it away, and see how much they're worth in 5 or 10 years. You never know. Might be a lot.

how long is long term? how many years do I have to wait until it's worth it to pull out?

what can I realistically expect bitcoin to eventually settle at?

Yes, central banks are invincible. Just abide by their rules forever and we can all be so proud of our children fighting in the wars waged on poor 3rd world countries! Is this not a great plan!!!???
